0 minAt about 40 orders a week, that’s roughly 11 hours back every week.
Posy used to do all of this by hand.
Before
- Typed every confirmation
- Copied orders into a notebook
- Wrote out every card
- Planned the route on paper at 3pm
- Never had time to ask for reviews
- Forgot birthdays she could have remembered
Now
- Every customer hears back in seconds
- Orders, cards and routes sort themselves out
- Photos and review requests go out on time
- Last year’s customers come back
Posy ties flowers. The rest runs on its own.
